Angelo Pasto is President of Stanford Properties Group Inc., an independent, Montreal-based real estate management firm. He leads a property management team dedicated to high occupancy rates and the preservation of stable cash flows. Stanford presently manages a portfolio of commercial and multi-family residential properties across Canada, conservatively valued at over $450 million. Angelo has over 25 years’ experience in the field of property development, construction, and management.

Mr. Pasto began his career in real estate after training in France and the United States in sales, marketing and financial forecasting. In 1993, Angelo started acquiring properties from Banks, renovating, leasing and selling them. In the late 1990s he shifted his focused on the acquisition of commercial real estate properties and land for property development. All his current real estate activities have been within the Stanford Properties Group corporate umbrella. Mr. Pasto earned his BA from Concordia University in Montreal and his MBA and MIB from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles. He lectures in finance and project management at Vanier College in Montreal.

Jesse joined Stanford in 2000. He is responsible for the supervision of expansion/renovation of established properties and new construction. He is also involved in the identification of new projects, purchase negotiations, preliminary design, engineering, finalizing negotiations with contractors and sub- contractors, and budgeting and cost analysis. Mr. Fournier has a B.Comm from Concordia University.

Fabio Marchesan Alexandre joined the management team of Stanford Properties Group Inc. in July 2016. As a property manager, Fabio ensures the smooth running of all the buildings. Specifically, he’s responsible for managing emergencies, maximizing rental performance, managing rent collection, providing high-quality customer service, negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors for all the buildings.

Fabio began his career in one of Canada's largest banks. He has held various positions in the field of finance. This background allows him to have a different look during contract negotiations to reduce expenses to the lowest possible while maintaining the same quality of service.

Fabio holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the ESG (UQAM)
